2019 Planned Breeding
We are thrilled to announce our 2019 breeding, Rio (Pine Run Running In Overdrive AX MXJ OF CAX DS BCAT MAD) to our Babe (Kiowa’s Pine Run Snapshotz Collage JH OA OAJ TKI WC). The puppies have just (March 19) been confirmed via ultrasound. The estimated whelp date is April 20, 2019.
These puppies should be moderate in size and medium gold in color. They should be smart, bold and energetic puppies. When working, they will be confident, eager and focused with lots of energy and drive.
These puppies will do well in almost any game their owners want to play. Their hallmark will be high intelligence and positive working attitude. The pedigree has a store of successful field genes for natural birdiness, marking ability and water worthiness. They should have the drive, intelligence and biddability needed for advanced concepts in field, agility and obedience. Overall there should be a great, resilient attitude in their work. For the experienced pet owner who establishes a structured environment at home, they will be active, loving companions to hike, run, jog … and cuddle with.
Currently, we are looking for both performance and experienced pet homes for these puppies. Preference given to performance/working homes.

Pine Run Running In Overdrive AX MXJ OF CAX DS, BCAT MAD

Rio and his owner/handler, Deb Barlics compete mostly in agility. He is at the Master level in AKC and USDAA (2 Standards away from ADCH). He is high drive and fast (#4 Golden Retriever in the Power Breed for 2018). In addition to agility, he also competes in dock diving, coursing, and FAST CAT. He is very easy to train and is willing to try anything. Rio is a smart, loving boy. His owner says she always enjoys training with him and says that running him in agility is a blast! He is very intense but has had good focus from the beginning.

Babe is sweet, friendly with people, and gets long with other dogs. Babe has a lot of energy, perfect for a working/performance dog.
Babe loves to work with me whether it be training for field or agility. She has great focus even in drive and is very smart. Babe is a good marker and has good memory in the field, with plenty of drive for the game. She earned her JH as well as her WC in 2017. She is owner-handler/trained. We are currently training for Senior Hunter, but we are taking our time working through the required skills.
