Snapshot is from Flyte‘s first litter; from a field sire carrying wonderful genes from FC-AFC Tigathoe’s Kiowa II FDHF OS through her sire and Pine Run’s Top Gun CD MH WCX *** OS through her dam.

Snapshot is still a lean, muscular youngster at the age of two. Following in Uncle Nikon‘s mold, she will be slow maturing as well. She is balanced front and rear, and her dark brown eyes give her a kindly expression … with just a hint of mischief. Snap measures 22.5″ tall and 55 lbs.

In agility, she went from Novice to Excellent in the space of six months, and accumulated her first MACH points by February 2009 and her first double Qs. All of her qualifying scores were placements in the Novice and Open classes, most of them blue. Since starting in EX B Standard she has qualified 8 times out of the 15 days she’s run and qualified 7 out of the 13 days. She has the potential to be one of our fastest dogs in agility so far. Yet, she is also precise.

In the field, Snapshot is a terrifically accurate marker with remarkable memory. Her love of water work is evident with her spectacular, flying water entry.

Unlike her dam, Flyte, Snapshot got the “thinker” genes of her sire, Echo. She learns quickly, and then wants to do things just right. Yet she loves to work. She does not like to be left behind when the other dogs are training.
