And a little belated Allegra also received a few new titles to her name as well. Adding a MXB (Master Bronze Agility Title) for her 26 MX legs and a MJB (Master Bronze Jumpers With Weaves Title) for her 36 MXJ legs making her:

From the AKC agility rulebook (located here):
Chapter 2, Classes, Titles, and Height Divisions
Section 3. Recognized Achievement. In order to recognize consistency and longevity in the Master Agility Excellent (MX), Master Excellent Jumpers With Weaves (MXJ) and Master Excellent FAST (MXF) classes, the AKC will record a Lifetime Achievement title on the dog’s record. There is no limit to this achievement. (For example, a dog with the MXC title plus twenty-five additional Excellent B Agility class qualifying scores would have the MXB2 title.)

The AKC will identify dogs qualifying for Lifetime Achievement titles by the appropriate title designations (MXB, MXB2; MXS, MXS2; MSG, MSG2; MXC, MXC2, etc.) following their AKC name in all official AKC records. In each case, the higher Lifetime Achievement title will supersede the preceding Lifetime Achievement title in all official AKC records such that the highest title will be listed.

The Lifetime Achievement Standard titles and requirements are:
Master Bronze Agility Title = MXB. Requires twenty-five Excellent B Agility class qualifying scores of 100.
Master Silver Agility Title = MXS. Requires the MXB title plus twenty-five additional Excellent B Agility class qualifying scores of 100.
Master Gold Agility Title = MXG. Requires the MXS title plus twenty-five additional Excellent B Agility class qualifying scores of 100.
Master Century Agility Title = MXC. Requires the MXG title plus twenty-five additional Excellent B Agility class qualifying scores of 100.

The Lifetime Achievement Jumpers With Weaves titles and requirements are:
Master Bronze Jumpers With Weaves Title = MJB. Requires twenty-five Excellent B Jumpers With Weaves class qualifying scores of 100.
Master Silver Jumpers With Weaves Title = MJS. Requires the MJB title plus twenty-five additional Excellent B Jumpers With Weaves class qualifying scores of 100.

A short but good article written by Chris Zink DVM, PhD, DACVSMR regarding, “Do the Dew(claws)?

None of our dogs have had their Dew claws removed and have only had minor injuries to two of our dogs — Trey and Dieffenbaker. The best way to prevent injuries to the dew claws is to keep then neat and short. Granted for the health of your dogs feet and to prevent arthritis in the future is its always best to keep their nails trimmed. Long nails lead to jammed feet when running on hard and/or frozen ground and on the slats on the contact obstacles in agility.

At the CATs USDAA trial in Keene, NH Zer (Echo x Flyte) and his owner/handler Grace earned their Jumpers Champion Bronze title. In other words they have earned 15 Qs in Master Jumpers, Yahoo! They also earned Qs in Master Gamblers and Pairs Relay.

ADCH-Bronze MACH4 Pine Run’s Photo Finish CD RN JH NJP XF WCX ADHF TM-S

Snapshot, ADCH MACH Pine Run’s Capture the Moment CD RN XF WC ADHF and I earned the last Master Gamblers leg she need to complete the requirements for her USDAA Agility Dog Championship at the BARK! NH agility trial in Smithfield, RI. It was a bit of a long road to get that last leg but to happened when and were it was meant to happen.

Zer, ADCH MACH Pine Run’s Mountain Escape RA XF ADHF, and his handler Grace LaRocque earned their AKC Master Agility Championship at the Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Boston agility trial in Smithfield, RI by., finishing their 20th QQ. This young team has achieved great things in in just 10 months earning their USDAA ADCH in August 2010, then earning their GRCA ADHF in September 2010, then placing 2nd in the finals of the 24″ division at the AKC National Agility Championship and then they finished up their MACH just a few weeks later in May 2011.

Hatrick, ADCH Pine Run Joy of Sport NA NAJ, and her handler Hannah Phelps earned their USDAA Agility Dog Championship (ADCH) at the BARK! NH agility trial in Smithfield, RI., on April 15th on a very tough Master Standard course.

Now the Echo x Flyte litter have produced 2 ADCH MACH dogs and 1 ADCH dog. A bright future for the pups of this litter!!

I have to thank their wonderful owners/handlers/trainers for their efforts and all they have done to achieve these great accomplishments at such a young age. Looking forward to seeing your teamwork continue to blossom.
