Flyte delivered four girls and two boys this morning. Mom and babies are doing well. Like a champ, Flyte quickly figured out what to do and easily gave birth to all six pups in one hour!
The busy little “grand” rosebuds haven’t stopped eating since they were born. These eager little beavers were also showing their agility a-go-go, trying to get out of the scale while being weighed. They all weighed in at between 12 and 13 ounces. There are two medium gold puppies, and four light gold puppies.
These bundles of golden goodness have -temporarily – been given puppy names, as follows:
- Dawkins (Boy #1, named after a Philadelphia Eagles player)
- Garcia (Boy #2, named after a Philadelphia Eagles player)
- Dancer (Girl #1)
- Karen (Girl #2)
- Missy (Girl #3, short for Mischief)
- Dash (Girl #4, short for Dasher)
